We stand on the shoulders of giants
-Sir Isaac Newton

I would absolutely not be here if it weren’t for the support of the amazingly talented and creative people I have in my corner.  I’m unbelievably grateful to all of them, and thrilled to share them with you all.  Do me a favor, and them and check them out!!

The International Thespian Society

It’s hard for me to put into words how deeply indebted and honored I am to be apart of the International Thespian Society, The Educational Theatre Assc. and everything else they’re doing over at SchoolTheatre.org

And I am deeply indebted to the Thespian Society and all the Thespians. For many reasons.  Not the least of which is that I honestly, I wouldn’t have a career without you.  Getting to travel, teach workshops, and perform all over the country, also while building a base of the most amazingly generous and caring fans. For supporting me when I was nobody.  Giving me a home to hone my craft and further both develop and teach my own artistic view on comedy and performance.

I’m also incredibly thankful for the thespians in just believing in me.  My one man show “Everybody Lied to Me” had its first ever staging at the Arizona Thespian Festival as a workshop class in 2010, when nobody had ever head of my name. And then later ELTM had its first full stage premiere as the closing of the West Virginia Thespian Festival in 2012.

And even now the thespians continue to be incredibly generous to me.  This most recent International Thespian Festival I was asked to perform as the Late Night entertainment  after the mainstage show.  I performed the first full length version of what is eventually going to be my first full-length album, and I got to do it for the Thespians first!

And most of all, I’m thankful for without the existence Thespians I wouldn’t even be doing what I’m doing.  In high school I didn’t fit in anywhere until I joined theatre and eventually the Thespians. It gave me a purpose. A passion. And a home. At a time when up until then I didn’t have one.  I and wouldn’t be here now with you all.

So thank you.

Thank you to everyone on this list. And to the countless unnamed people who have supported me. Promoted me.  Shared me.  And most importantly believed in me.  Long before anyone knew my name.

Thank you.

-Jason-
